It seems like this popular show has been going downhill and fast. Fans have been disappointed with its latest season and many have even sworn off from watching it until its last episode airs.
I’ve also had mixed feelings about it so I’m not surprised to hear all of this backlash following the season 3 finale which aired on December 12th, 2017.

It’s kind of sad to see that a show with so much potential has decided to introduce a new character (Max, played by Sadie Sink) who isn’t welcomed by fans. They want Eleven back!
Even though there are good shows out there and they have all managed to capture our attention, no one can deny the fact that Big Mouth is very unique in its own special way.
Honestly, I am not even sure if one could consider it a cartoon since it does include adult situations and themes in it.
Is big mouth worth watching?
For those unfamiliar with the show, Big Mouth tells the story of teenagers Nick Birch and Andrew Glouberman who are going through puberty.
The two friends have quite different approaches to life and because of their differences they tend to clash but at the same time they also end up helping each other out when needed.
Together, they try and understand what’s happening to them as well as experiment with their bodies in search of answers. Both boys have vivid imaginations which help them get through this phase in life.

A few days ago, I was talking to a friend of mine and she told me about an experience she had with one of her friends. She told me that she had asked him if he would like to watch the new season of Big Mouth along with her.
To sum up his reaction, it can be described as confused since it’s clear that he has forgotten what happened in the show’s first season. My friend said that this wasn’t surprising at all since not everyone likes to binge-watch Netflix shows in their spare time.
Well, I guess we will never know how many people actually do binge-watch these series but I tend to agree with my friend. Although some people may love Netflix and its TV series, others can find them very hard to follow.
I mean, it’s not like watching a movie and seeing how the characters develop throughout the story. With that being said, let us now take a look at what other people think about big mouth season 1!

Big Mouth is an American adult animated television series that revolves around the surreal life of a middle school student. Although it might sound like any other cartoon, the truth is that it’s very different since its main idea is to make fun of puberty.
Yep, you read right! This show has plenty of jokes regarding body changes, hormones, sex, bad breath, and so on… So if you don’t have double standards when watching TV shows then this one should definitely be up your alley.
A Quick Overview of the Show
If there is one thing you didn’t know about this animated comedy series it is that it can be used as a perfect example of how voice acting is done right.
The fact the whole show revolves around some puppets sounds a bit silly, but believe me, it is not. The way they are presented and the actors behind them are so good that you will soon forget about the fact there is no actual human being in front of the cameras.
The main protagonist of the story is Andrew Glouberman or more commonly known as Andrew. He is a teenager who almost has the same issues every other teen has.
Apart from that, he also suffers from being extremely insecure and narcissistic for some reason. His main goal in life is to have sex with his neighbor (who happens to be a girl).
